If you think her molds are tiny, you should have seen the ones at four months! Too bad she never got to use those. Her loaner BTEs are actually bigger than mine. Hopefully when we get permanent ones, they will be smaller and more appropriate for her.

I like the bear. Is it just for looks or does he help with something?
The bear came with the hearing aid user's kit. It's mostly for looks, but I think it also helps little kids understand the purpose of hearing aids and that if a little bear can wear them and still be lovable, then they can too! I think the bear signifies that it's perfectly acceptable and normal to wear hearing aids. It helps the little kids adapt to their sometimes frightening situation.
She looks so cute and very happy. I hope the transition period goes well.
